1. Overview

This marketplace is operated by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62091KA2025PTC210162), registered at #36, WeWork Prestige Central, Infantry Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India. By purchasing or downloading products from this marketplace, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products including AI readiness playbooks, prompt packs, Notion workspace templates, Google Sheets financial templates, SaaS code templates, eBooks, and courses. All products are delivered digitally via secure download after payment confirmation.

3. License

• Each purchase grants a single-user license to the buyer.
• You may use purchased products for personal and commercial projects.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with others.
• SaaS templates include a license key — one key per purchase, non-transferable.

4. Payment

• Prices are displayed in USD (international) and INR (India).
• GST at 18% is applicable for all Indian purchases (GSTIN: 29AAPCR1639E1Z3).
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts international cards (charged in INR).
• We do not store your payment card information.
• Access to products is granted only after payment is confirmed via webhook — not on checkout redirect.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, products are available for download in your account portal. Download links are generated on-demand with a 1-hour expiry for security. You may download your products unlimited times from your account.

6. Account

You must create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this marketplace for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, servers, or related systems.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, or digital rights management mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any purchased software template beyond what is expressly permitted by the applicable open-source license.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect content from the marketplace without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, and content on this marketplace are the intellectual property of RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license — not ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving your written complaint. If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably, either party may pursue remedies through the courts as described below.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
