Every product sold by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED on ProdGem is a digital product. There is no physical shipping, no courier, and no delivery address required — nothing is ever mailed or shipped to you.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the product is made available for download in your account portal — there is no waiting period, processing time, or shipment tracking. Download links are generated on demand and expire after 1 hour for security, but you can generate a fresh link and re-download from your account at any time, subject to the per-order download limit shown on your order.
You need an active ProdGem account and an internet connection to access your purchase. No special software is required beyond what's needed to open the specific file format of the product you bought (e.g. a PDF reader, spreadsheet application, or code editor).
If a download link fails, a file is corrupted, or a purchased product doesn't appear in your account, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll resolve it — see our Refund Policy for the cases that qualify for a refund instead.
