Refund Policy

Digital Products — No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery, non-returnable), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads, prompt packs, eBooks, or SaaS templates once the product has been delivered to your account.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Corrupt or inaccessible file: If the downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• Product not as described: If the product significantly differs from the description on the product page and you report this within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The product name
• Reason for the refund request
• Screenshots or details of the issue (for corrupt files)

We will review your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds via the original payment method (Razorpay).

Refund Timeline

• Razorpay: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (international cards may take longer depending on your bank)
